How to get Japan Visa on Pakistani Passport?
Required Documents
- Covering Letter – (optional but should submit)
Visa request letter. - Visa Application Form
Visa application forms typed or filled in capital letters. Download Form | Form Filling Instructions - One Recent Photograph
One color photograph (2 x 2 inch) of the applicant. - Original Passport & Copies
Current and previous (if any) all original Passports along with photocopies. Passport must be valid for at least for six months. - Letter from Employer / Business Document / University Letter
Reference Letter from the applicant’s present employer/office, describing applicant’s job duration of service, income etc. Or Business documents for business person OR college/university letter for students. - Bank Statement
Personal 3 months bank statement (if the applicant is student and wishes to provide parents’ bank statement instead, an additional letter from parents’ will be required.) - Flight Reservation
Flight reservation or booking from any local travel agent. You don’t need confirmed air-ticket for visa processing. - Hotel Reservation
Hotel reservation only. You don’t need paid hotel booking for visa processing. - CNIC Copy
Photocopy of CNIC on A4 paper size. - Travel Plan
Itinerary with information on places you plan to visit and stay. Download Form - Student Card – (optional)
Copy of Student Card(if the applicant is the student of registered college or university) - MRC or FRC – (optional)
Marriage registration certificate or Family registration certificate is required if you are applying with your wife. MRC & FRC can be obtained from Nadra. - Child Birth Certificate – (optional)
